Hiring a senior-level designer can cost over $140,000 annually, plus benefits—and finding one available is no easy task. On top of that, you might not always have enough work to keep them busy, which means paying for unused time.
With this subscription, you have the flexibility to pause or upgrade as needed, so you’re only paying for design work when you actually need it.
Most design requests are completed within 72 hours, including user flows, prototypes, landing pages, and more. For larger projects, you’ll receive progress updates or parts of the project every 72-120 hours until it’s fully delivered.
If you don’t have enough design work to fill an entire month, you can pause your subscription.
Each billing cycle covers 31 days. For example, if you’ve used 21 days of service and decide to pause, the remaining 10 days will be saved for you to use whenever you’re ready to resume.
For complex requests like multi-page websites or mobile apps, projects are broken down into smaller deliverables. You’ll receive high-quality progress updates or individual components every 72-120 hours until the full project is completed.
Submitting requests is simple and flexible. Use your dedicated Trello board to add and manage requests. You can also share details via Google Docs, wireframes, Slack messages, or Loom videos if you prefer explaining verbally. If it can be shared or linked, it works!
We dislike meetings as much as you do, which is why we work asynchronously to keep things efficient and on track. While we avoid meetings wherever possible, we do make exceptions for key moments in larger projects, such as kickoff calls or critical check-ins when necessary.
